What information do you need for a quotation?+
Ideally the machine manufacturer and model, part number, required quantity and a drawing or clear photographs. Information about processed material and current wear behaviour helps us recommend the right specification.
Can you manufacture a part without a drawing?+
Yes. Depending on the application, we can identify an existing catalogue part, work from machine information or reverse-engineer a worn sample.
Do you produce custom knives and wear parts?+
Yes. Custom production is available for technically and commercially suitable requirements, from individual assessment through repeat series supply.
Can you assess a damaged rotor?+
Yes. Send photographs showing the complete rotor and damaged areas. Our technical team will assess whether refurbishment is feasible and request any additional measurements.
